Cleaning a Smart TV safely is mostly about using less force and less liquid. Modern screens can have delicate anti-reflective coatings, so the wrong spray, paper towel, or pressure can leave marks or cause damage. Turn the TV off first so you can see dust and smudges clearly.
Safe cleaning method
Disconnect power if the manufacturer recommends it, then let the screen cool. Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth and wipe gently in straight passes. For fingerprints that do not disappear, slightly dampen the cloth with distilled water or use a screen-cleaning product explicitly labeled for the display type. Never spray liquid directly onto the panel.
